TIME TO RELAX
                                      In the 19th century, water therapy was a popular
                                      treatment for all sorts of ailments and this US patent,
                                      registered in 1900 by Otto Hensel, shows his rocking
                                      bathtub, which moved up and down to gently splash
                                      water against the bather. A curtain from the tub to
                                      the bather’s neck kept the water from spilling. Today,
                                      people may relax in hot tubs, whirlpool baths, and
                                      showers with varying jets of water.                                              AT HOME
