How two individuals form one couple

DRAMA Created by Ava DuVernay (When They See Us), the new
anthology series Cherish the Day will dedicate each season to one
relationship, chronicled in episodes that each span a single day. First
up: Gently James (Xosha Roquemore) and Evan Fisher (Alano
Miller). Gently, who had a tough upbringing and prides herself on
being independent, chafes at Evan’s smooth, ever-so-slight
condescension (he makes lots of money in the tech sector). But they
click—in a great moment in the second episode, you can feel
the erotic spark while they listen to “Me and Mrs. Jones.” Like the

song says, they’ve got a thing goin’ on. (OWN, Feb. 11, 10 p.m.)
