Pedro! What are you waiting for?
PEDRO : Ang jeepney papuntang unibersidad. Ikaw, saan ka pupunta?
The jeepney going to the university. What about you, where are you going?
MARIA : Pupunta ako sa opisina ko sa Makati.
I am going to my office in Makati.
PEDRO : Paano ka pupunta sa Makati?
How are you going to Makati?
MARIA : Sasakay ako ng tren.
I will ride the train.
PEDRO : Magkano ang pamasahe mula dito hanggang Makati?
How much is the fare from here to Makati?
MARIA : Trenta pesos.
Thirty pesos.
PEDRO : Sige. Heto na ang jeepney ko.
Okay, bye. Here is my jeepney.
