MARIA : Sino iyan?
(literally, Who is that?)
CLARA : Si Clara ito.
This is Clara.

MARIA : Clara, ikaw pala! Tuloy ka!
It's you, Clara! Welcome!

CLARA : Kumusta ka?
How are you?

MARIA : Mabuti naman. Maupo ka.
I am fine. Please sit down.

CLARA : Salamat.
