Also known as the Braque Saint-Germain, this is a fleet-footed
pointer and retriever of birds in field, woodland, and marshland. Tapering, hock-length tail White with
carried horizontally orange markings
However, its coat is not sufficiently insulated to make it an
all-weather dog. The Saint Germain Pointer is affectionate
but sensitive, needing firm yet gentle handling, and adapts
surprisingly well to urban family life.
