Today, there are more than one billion domestic sheep on

farms all over the world, but wild sheep are different. They make
their home in some of the toughest places on Earth, including

high, rocky peaks and blazing hot deserts. Bighorn sheep live in
the mountains of North America. Males and females have

horns, but the horns of the males, called rams, are much
bigger and curlier. The rams use them in head-butting fights!

Sheep are one of the twelve animals linked to the Chinese
calendar. People born in the year of the sheep are meant

                                  to be very kind.
