Bending device and foil iron

Again and again, landing gears that are too weak or unsuitable materials are a nuisance during flight operations. Often the correspon-
ding spare parts are not available from the manufacturer or the delivery time is disproportionately long. As a solution, Gromotec has now
added a corresponding bending device for different bending radii to its product range for do-it-yourself construction. With this bending de-
vice for self-construction of landing gears, landing gear legs, struts, etc., the suitable steels and plates can be formed into the appropriate
shape without difficulty.
Just in time for the upcoming construction season, Gromotec has added the miniature foil iron of the Pro version with two exchangeable Tef-
lon-coated miniature ironing soles to its range. This miniature iron is the ideal complement to the standard foil iron. Thanks to its replaceable
compact ironing soles, it is now finally possible to securely attach the ironing foils even
in places that are difficult to access. The ironing foil can be easily and securely fixed in
servo shafts, spoiler flap recesses, grooves and many other places. Due to the slim de-
sign of the entire mini iron, even the most difficult places are still accessible.
