The new Maxi ball joints from Extron
Modellbau are absolutely identical in
construction to the previously availa-
ble Kavan Maxi ball joints. The ball
cups are 22 mm long and the balls ha-
ve an outer diameter of 6 mm. There
are different packing sizes and ball
shapes. Prices start at € 1,95 € per pa-
ckage.
New in the Extron program is the foil iron Profi Star. As the name suggests, this iron is
ideal for covering polyester ironing films such as Oracover. It is also ideal for ironing and
re-stretching. The temperature is comfortable and infinitely variable. Due to the specially
shaped handle, the iron lies very well in the hand and can also be moved into corners
and narrow angles due to its slim design. The Extron Foil Iron is now available for € 29,-.
The Extron sandpaper file has a quick-release clamp for abrasive cloth and sandpaper. In-
cluded in the delivery are four abrasive cloth with 80, 120, 160 and 240 grit each.
Thanks to the special, pointed shape, you can get wonderful sanding
in corners where normal sanding blocks cannot reach. The Ex-
tron sandpaper file is available at a price of € 6,95.
The Extron Mini Planes for the modeller are also ideal for
balsa wood thanks to the extremely sharp Solingen blades.
With the plane, the blade can be placed in the middle or at
the edge. The price is € 13.95 including 5 replacement blades.
