                                                            FOR A STUNNING DISPLAY, we used a 20-inch side of salmon instead of

                                                            individual fillets (you may need to special-order it). If possible, roast the salmon on
                                                            an oven-safe serving platter. If you don’t have one, just be gentle when transferring
                                                            the fish from baking sheet to serving platter to ensure the prettiest presentation.
