We’ve been putting the leather aprons
made by Witloft through their paces in
our development kitchen.
THE UPSIDE These are aprons to last a
lifetime – durable and beautifully made.
THE DOWNSIDE They’re a bit heavy/
bulky and take a while to soften up,
but the company has just launched a
lighter, smaller version that’s more
immediately wearable, especially if
you have a small frame. Look out for
the knife rolls and leather kit, too.
