Fresh facilities
There is a lot of competition in Bali when it comes to
the best hotels and resorts, but some recent upgrades
have really caught our eye. Conrad Bali, a first-place
winner in our 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards, debuted 85
revamped Deluxe rooms in May, showing off an
island-inspired blue and grey colour palette that
perfectly complements the contemporary Balinese
artworks. They’ve also refurbished their lagoon pool and
revamped the main pool, offering an enhanced
experience for water-loving little ones.
Another favourite, Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort,
revealed that 72 of their luxury suites, private pool villas
and penthouses had undergone a facelift in August. All 40
suites now boast state-of-the-art Bose sound systems and
a signature outdoor Jacuzzi.
There’s also been a bit of a makeover happening at Bali
Dynasty Resort, where they’ve been quietly upgrading
Gracie Kelly’s Irish Pub, the Premier Lounge and their pool
facilities. The new 109-metre-long, lagoon-style
swimming pool is the jewel of the resort and their
16 Family Lagoon Pool Access Rooms are a brilliant
addition to their existing options. Taking first place in our
‘Indonesia 4 Stars and Under’ category, this resort is a firm
favourite with Holidays with Kids readers.
In terms of new experiences, the most unique has to
be a raft arrival at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan.
Families can enjoy two hours rafting down the longest
