SENIOR MARKET SWINE SHOW
INFORMATION TO SWINE EXHIBITORS
1. The swine show is open to exhibitors over the age of 21 as of January 1st.
2. Each exhibitor may exhibit a total of two animals.
3. The Health Regulations of the Veterinary Division of the N.C. Department of Agriculture will be strictly enforced. Be sure to
read these under “Rules & Regulations of the Livestock Division” before entering. Animals cannot be unloaded until checked in.
4. There will not be a swine sale.
5. Classes are open to barrows and gilts.
6. No animal will be allowed to participate in both the Junior and Senior Swine Shows.

JUNIOR SWINE SHOWS
INFORMATION TO SWINE EXHIBITORS
1. The swine show is open to any boy or girl living in North Carolina through the age of 21 as of January 1st.
2. Each exhibitor may exhibit a total of four animals: 2 in the Junior Market Swine, 2 in the Junior Breeding Gilts
3. The Health Regulations of the Veterinary Division of the N.C. Department of Agriculture will be strictly enforced. Be sure to
read these under “Rules & Regulations of the Livestock Division” before entering. Animals cannot be unloaded until checked in.
4. The Grand and Reserve Grand Champion of the youth shows will be sponsored by Carolina Farm Credit.
5. Classes are open to barrows and gilts.
6. Class will be divided by weight of the animal, with a maximum of 10 head per class.
7. No animal will be allowed to participate in both the Junior and Senior Swine Show. No animal will be allowed to enter more than
one class in the Junior Swine Show.
8. Got to Be NC tags must be present for eligibility in Got to Be NC Champion Drive.
