E RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR OPEN FEEDER CALF PEN SHOW
R 1. Competition is open to the world.
2. Steer and heifer calves without horns are eligible to show. Calves must be completely healed from dehorning and castration.
3. An entry consists of three (3) calves of the same sex.
C 4. All calves must be less than one year old on the date of the show and weigh between 300 pounds and 800 pounds.
A Calves will be weighed at unloading.
L 5. Each exhibitor will be limited to three pens of calves.
6. Classes will be split into classes of steers and classes of heifers.
F 7. The Health Regulations of the Veterinary Division of the N.C. Department of Agriculture will be strictly enforced.
Be sure to read these under “Rules & Regulations of the Livestock Division” before entering.
Animals cannot be unloaded until checked in.
