I Feel Proud!

So many religious sects,
Various beliefs and faiths,
Leading towards God almighty,
Are nothing but road maps

Different regions, different races,
Born with different skin shades
Yet, we all are human beings
Color of each one’s blood is red

Diversity is spice of life like
Many flower-buds in a garland
Passing through a single thread
Like human chain made by holding hands

Varied shapes, sizes and colors
Give the garden alluring dignity
Synchronized theme provides
To such diversity a unity

I am proud of my country
That has multifarious culture
Still peace prevails here
Due to our tolerant nature
