t is not that often you
Istumble across
something, or someone
that blows your mind. It's
even rarer when you find
it in your own back yard!

Who would have known
that a quiet young man
working in a local school
could hide such a
wonderful talent –
Aristides Georgiou (Ari)
has a passion, and an eye,
for capturing beautiful
images on his camera.

To help celebrate HARCA's
20th anniversary, Ari
agreed to talk to me
about himself and one of
his hobbies: photography.
Ari, 45 years old, is the
son of Cypriot parents
who met and married in London in
1970. As well as looking after his elderly
mother, he works in one of our local
schools, Lansbury Lawrence.
Throughout his life Ari has had a keen
interest in photography and fashion –
he actually trained as a textile designer
and managed to sell some of his works
around the world.
