018 has started in style for HARCA resident and
2Committee Member Safia Jama. Safia was runner-
up Tenant of the Year at the TPAS awards in February.
Our Resident Empowerment Support Team was
shortlisted in the Tenant Engagement category for their
Listening Campaigns finding out what our residents
want and worry about.
In May we’re up for two UK Housing Awards:
Outstanding Approach to Income Management by our
Leasehold Team who have been supporting vulnerable
home owners, and Outstanding Approach to
Regeneration by our Development Team for the Burdett We’re proud of all our teams, and grateful
Regeneration scheme which provided a new mosque, for the help residents give us so we can
school and homes. achieve what we do… so fingers crossed.

of fun at their first BOOK FEST in April.
