during the Regen

All shops, stalls and lock-ups can keep trading. Stalls will

move towards Vesey Path and into East India Square, but will
move back to a new and improved Market Square.

Disruption kept to a minimum during construction; the

majority of works are to rear of shops. Minimal scaffolding
on the market.

Traders supported to stay long term. No rent increase for

shops for at least 5 years and then stepped increases based
on affordability. Ongoing business advice & support available.

Service yard available for customer collection/drop-off.
Remember, 9 in 10 shoppers do not drive to Chrisp Street.
