and celebrating achievements all this year. One of my favourite
videos is about Spotlight, and how young people like Joshan, this
month’s cover star, have benefited from the opportunity to
unleash their creativity through dance and radio. Read more
about our 20th anniversary plans, on page 18.
And as winter is finally thawing, the new BMX track in Langdon
Park is open. I’m very tempted to give it a go. You can find out
the inside track on this, and other ways, to enjoy the great Poplar
outdoors on page 15.

The Council’s Strategic Planning Committee wasn’t in the
