Dance Etc. by Gina Epstein

A tight knit group consisting of three seniors, eight juniors, two sopho­

mores, three freshmen, and a separate group of seventh and eighth grad­

ers. Each year they perform two shows for the Upper School; one in the

fall and another in the spring. Although they work hard the dancers have

a lot of fun and become almost like sisters. In fact the dancers’ pick secret

sisters at the beginning of the year (sort of like a secret santa) that lasts all

year round. Throughout the

year they give each other little

gifts when there is a perfor­

mance, birthdays, “etc”. At

the end of the year they find
out who their secret sister is.

Along with much dedication

and time, all these dancers

contribute five community

service shows for different

places. The dances are choreographed by students and teachers- Mrs.

Gooden, Ms. Moss, Mrs. Sorren, and Mrs. Haley. All their hard work

pays off with excellent performances that please the entire stundent body.

The arts at Pine Crest continue to excel with the contribution of Dance

Etc. and all of its surroundings.
