Coach Troy Dannehl and the j.v.
football team had a reason to be
excited this year. The team had
an undefeated season with some
big upsets over teams such as
Omaha Skutt and South Sioux
City. Coach Dannehl stated,
"There is only one word that
comes to mind when thinking of
a way to describe this season,
fun. I can't say enough positive
things about the players. They
consistently gave 110% every
play and never quit." As a
spectator and fan, you can really
see the talent in all the players
and that there is a big future for
all of these players. Dannehl
commented that, "Several of the
key players proved their hearts
were stronger than their oppo­
nents' and that their competitive

spirit was in tune."
