As we approach activities of the cam­

pus, we are filled with anxiety. New

students are fearful of assignments

they will have to accomplish. Others

feel unqualified for jobs they under­

take. Some people are afraid of mis­

sions trips and camp work and some

fear being in front of or around people.

Because of fear, some people hide

away in an office, a dorm room, or be­

hind books and studies. They never

come out and get involved in the ac­

tivities of campus life. Ephesians 3:12

states, “In [Christ] we have boldness

and access with confidence by the faith

of him.” None of us should be fearful

of the tasks that are set before us. We

can all have the confidence that Christ

gives us. Be adventurous. Dive into

something new and have no fear!
