                            STUDENT ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE

Bernard V. Buonanno, Chairman Donald R. Hysko, Secretary
Mr. Marion L. Herman, Faculty Advisor

The S. A. C., consisting of all class officers and an additional representative from the
Fifth Form, conducts the Red Cross and Good Will Fund campaigns and allots to vari
ous charitable organizations the money contributed to the Good Will Fund. The group
also acts in an advisory capacity in all phases of student life. It usually meets in Mr.
Thomas’ apartment and, with the Headmaster and Mr. Herman, discusses school prob
                      lems.
The Snack Bar, operated by the S. A. C. and now in its third year, has become a
definite part of the school life. This year it has increased its stock so that there are now
many choices of candy bars, pastry, and drinks. Although the members of the Snack Bar
Committee are not all members of the S. A. C., the latter organization still sponsors and
                      takes charge of the venture.
