to the Music
If ever there was a time of trials that ended in suc
cess, it was with this year’s vocal music program. With
a Concert Choir filled with talent and experience, and
three other vocal ensembles, namely the Girls’ En
semble, Freshman Show Choir and Varsity Show Choir,
all of which exhibited a tremendous amount of stage
presence and maturity, this year’s vocal music program
will be remembered for years to come, written by

Freshman Show Choir
Scores: First place at Lewis Central
Second place at Norfolk
Excellent rating at Districts
Songs: “Brotherhood of Man,” “Suppertime”
“You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown”
Memorable moment: “When Jon Connealy’s dog bowl
flew out of his hands and flew under the curtains!”-

Scores: Superior rating at Districts

“It’s Raining on Prom Night”
Memorable moment: “Sharing the Freshman and
Varsity’s victory celebration on the bus back from Nor-

“Evening in Transylvania”
Memorable moment: “When Mr. Blackman accidently

Varsity Show Choir
Scores: First place in division at Lewis Central
First place in division at Norfolk
Superior rating at Districts

Memorable moment: “When we won the Norfolk Jazz
