U         pon  enrollment  every boy  in  School  automatically becomes a member
                                      of  the  Athletic  Association.  So  that  the  business  of  the  group  may
                                      be  handled  efficiently,  however,  the  members  delegate  their  powers
                                      to  an  Executive  Committee,  comprising  four  students  and  three
                            masters,  elected  by  the  student  body  each  spring.

                                The  principal  duties  of  the  Executive  Committee  acting  on  behalf  of  the
                            members are as follows:

                                     1.  To award letters.
                                     2.  To approve schedules for all sports.

                                     3.  To nominate for managerships and  assistant managerships.
                                     4.  To nominate candidates for the succeeding Executive Committee.

                                For  the  year  1932-1933  the  following  were  elected  and  served  as  the
                            Executive Committee:  Danforth  S.  Mitchell,  President;  Gordon  M.  Otis,  Vice-
                            President; George R.  Sprague, Secretary; Edward A. Whitaker, Junior Member;
                            Mr. Waughtel,  Mr.  Howe, and Mr. Raines,  Faculty Members.
