PMO Fees

We recognize the need for Planet Organic to rapidly develop the PMO in a LEAN, cost efficient manner. The

size of the PMO can be flexed to suit the services.

The team and costs associated with the PMO can viewed in TABLE 1 below. We anticipate resources
fluctuating due to workload so have shown the capacity for Lewis to support on an ad hoc basis. We also

have Maxine available to further support Sundeep.
