Delivery PM/QS

We have proposed a basic scope of services which we would deliver under an appointment. Building on our

knowledge of Hampstead and Hackney we have altered the services to include assisting Planet Organic in

ensuring the landlord works are completed to the level requested in the lease agreement. We saw this as

one of several key learnings from the first stores.

Scope of Service: Project Management Services - Delivery

a. Act as the lead project manager accountable for developing & delivering the Artelia allocated stores

b. Ensure the landlord closes out their scope of service within the lease agreement
c. Attend weekly meetings in association with this project (1 per week + a Prestart meeting)

d. Liaise with the project team to confirm full scope of works
e. Advise alternate design & construction options to deliver affordable, scalable solutions

f. Coordinate all project stakeholders, including holding weekly project team meetings issuing out minutes, next steps
g. Report on supplier performance to the Client team leads

h. Proactively manage risks and a central project risk register
i. Provide support & advice on any factors likely to impact cost, time or method of implementation

j. Issue out weekly project status updates – ARTELIA 360
k. Seek approval for all cost variations

l. With the PQS evaluate tender submissions and make collective recommendations
m. Support supplier negotiations as required for the allocated projects

n. Instruct PQS to issue out site instructions as required
