IF I COULD GO BACK TO MY CHILDHOOD

The reason why people may like to go back to their childhood is they experience the free will, as a
child to do anything, knowing that their parents or grandparents are watching their back and if they

encounter a problem then, with a kiss and a hug of their beloved, their problems would be resolved.

If I could go back to my childhood I would do anything. I would not care about other people’s
opinion. I would keep smiling and as an inquisitive child question everything. If I could go back to

my childhood I would rummage through my old stuff and try not to cry for all the things I had

forgotten and left behind. I would walk in the neighbourhood and marvel at the changes yet to
come. I would play for endless hours not caring about time and went to return home. I would wish

to be a kid always. Alas! Growing up is tough! I miss so many things about my childhood. I would
be free without caring about anything, after all I didn’t have to carry the burden of the world on my

shoulder. It makes me feel so nostalgic about my childhood. I would hug my parents before going to

school and now there are so many things I want to tell them but being an adult I restrict myself. In
my childhood I was loved and cared for by my teachers, friends and parents and reciprocated in the

same manner.

If I could go back to my childhood, I would definitely want to relive and enjoy the bliss.
