BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE

People are now a days always melancholy about the state and the situation of the country. They talk,

they whisper and proudly insult the government for the pathetic condition of the place in which they

reside. Of course, the government is to be blamed for everything, right? Well, no. If we keep repeating
the above mentioned mistakes our country and in fact the world will come to its doom.

Then, as citizens of the country or the world what should we do? Well, the answer is elementary. We

should be the change we want to see. Remember Gandhiji said, ‘If you want to see the world
differently, change yourself’. If we can celebrate Gandhi jayanti every day to pay tribute to the Father

of the Nation, we can follow the simple instruction. Well, what is the exact meaning of this phrase?
The meaning is simple, if we want to see the world from a different perspective we should look at it

from all angles and then encourage others to do the same. I am not talking about going round the

world and preaching your point of view. We need to change ourselves and understand other persons
point of view. This will help them to understand our point of view.

It is s bit difficult at first, but it is very important. We should understand that the world changes slowly.

And if we all follow Gandhiji’s footsteps perhaps we can have a successful rendezvous with a new and
better world.
