SUCCESS IS THE SUM OF SMALL EFFORTS
Robert Collier rightly said that “success is the
sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out.”
We need to take several steps before ultimately
reaching the goals in life. Success doesn’t happen
all of a sudden. It takes a lot of time, endurance
and effort to become successful. The road to
success is not full of roses, it also has thorns.
Our determination and efforts help us overcome
different obstacles and challenges in life. In order
to achieve success and make every goal and
dream come true, we must take small steps every
day because it is these steps the take us closer
to where we want to reach. Will Smith, a famous
actor says-” You don’t say I’m going to build the
world’s greatest wall. You don’t start there. You
say I’m going to lay this brick as perfectly as a
brick can be laid.” If people fail to achieve their
goals, it is not because life is unfair and benefits
only a few, but rather because they have refused
to take the necessary steps to achieve the goals.
The difference between those who are successful
is not luck but commitment. It is true that many
people have more resources than others, or so it
seems, but this cannot be used as an excuse to
give up, but should instead be used as motivation
to keep going on.

provides us wings so that we can fly.
Education is the key of success. It is a seed of growth
individually and collectively. It is a process through
which we are always striving for a bright future.
