Drakenstein CITP The project entailed the prepration of thee Drakenstein Comprehensive Transport
Plan (CITP) to serve the municipality for the period 2020 to 2025. It was also

Aside from the 500+ page document which was submitted, the Vissim micro-
simulation model spans the majority of the major intersections in Paarl and
Traffic Impact Study of Line 2B
City of Tshwane Wellington. The model is made up of approximately 255km of roads and 68
intersection, of which 29 are stop-controlled, 3 are roundabouts and 36 are
Cato Ridge Transport Model signalised intersections. This model also includes 48 feeder intersections in-
between major intersections, to ensure volumes are accurately represented. All of
GRRIN Scenario Fare Testing the intersections were also built and analysed in isolation using SIDRA Intersection
software.
