   Drakenstein CITP                                                                      The project entailed the prepration of thee Drakenstein Comprehensive Transport
                                                                                         Plan (CITP) to serve the municipality for the period 2020 to 2025. It was also

                                                                                        Aside from the 500+ page document which was submitted, the Vissim micro-
                                                                                        simulation model spans the majority of the major intersections in Paarl and

                                                                                        intersection, of which 29 are stop-controlled, 3 are roundabouts and 36 are
