Overview:
The final lesson of this unit will focus on the student. It should include a brief discussion from a business
community member regarding the topic of business communication, and their personal strengths and
weaknesses regarding the various forms (verbal, written, technological) and formalities
(informal/formal). The student will then be given the opportunity to evaluate their own ability in terms
of business communication forms and formalities as studied throughout the unit.

Activities:
