Spring is here and the flowers and trees are beginning to bud. The birds are
excited and singing their songs, even very early in the morning as I walk into
the building in which I work.
Rebirth – that is what I call Spring – a time to re-evaluate and make changes and improvements.
It is a time to start something new and exciting. I am always looking for ways to improve myself
in both my professional life and my personal life.
How about you? What is your “Rebirth” this Spring? Will it be learning a new computer skill? Will
it be pledging a new member – or better yet starting a new ESA chapter? Will it be looking
inward and adjusting your attitude or improving your self-confidence? Maybe you will get a new
hair style or a pedicure so you can feel beautiful wearing your new flip flops. It can be small and
it can be large, but just make Spring happen for you!
Reminder:
You have no obligation to be the same person you were a year, a
month, or even 10 minutes ago. You’re allowed to grow and change.

Happy Rebirth – Happy Spring!!!
