Which of the following presentations are more likely to be in the written and
which in the oral form? How do you know?

                  I. Education is the process of facilitating learning. Knowledge, skills, values,
beliefs, and habits of a group of people are transferred to other people,
through storytelling, discussion, teaching, training, or research. Education
frequently takes place under the guidance of educators, but learners may
also educate themselves in a process called autodidactic learning.
Any experience that has a formative effect on the way one thinks, feels, or
                     acts may be considered educational.

Education is commonly and formally divided into stages such as preschool,
primary school, secondary school and then college, university or
apprenticeship. The methodology of teaching is called pedagogy.

II. Welcome to the National Science Museum's new exhibition: Robots: past,
present, and future. This recording is intended to guide you through our
exhibits. Before we begin our tour, I’ll briefly review the history of robots in the
twentieth century. Of course, you could argue that the history of robots goes

back much further. Throughout history, people have tried to invent machines
to perform a whole variety of tasks, such as writing, drawing, or even playing
                     musical instruments. …

Describe the following graph. Start with a general statement (where and

what can be seen), continue with trends and give most striking details. Finish
with conclusions. Use specific vocabulary for description of visuals.
