Ali Fazal on a creative high
The actor whose much-awaited Death on the Nile trailer dropped recently has
been much appreciated for pushing boundaries for Indian actors in international
cinema.
“I make sure to not slip into the cliche parts where an Indian just plays a maharaja.
Not to dumb-grade those parts, but then it becomes a type. I don’t want to fall into
a zone,” the actor said in an interview.
Directed by Kenneth Branagh, the film based on Agatha Christie’s novel by the
same name is a follow up on the 2017 movie Murder on the Orient Express. The
film’s cast includes Gal Gadot, Armie Hammer, Letitia Wright, Emma Mackey,
Jennifer Saunders, Russell Brand, Dawn French, Rose Leslie, Tom Bateman,
ali Annette Bening, Sophie Okonedo along with Branagh himself. Ali stars as one of
fazal the leads in the ensemble film.
Shruti Haasan: I’m always looking
to improve myself
Shruti Haasan has completed 11 years as an actor and
she is happy with the way her career has shaped up,
though she is always looking to improve herself.
“In a way, I am happy and thankful I am still here but I
think my personality is such that I always look for room
to improve. So I am always looking to get better at what
I do,” Shruti told.
Shruti made her Bollywood debut in 2009 with Luck and
was seen in films like D-Day, Gabbar Is Back, Ramaiya
Shruti Vastavaiya, and Welcome Back.
She gained recognition with her roles in Telugu films like
haaSan Oh My Friend and Anaganaga O Dheerudu, and the
Tamil thriller 7aum Arivu.
Saif Ali Khan’s second-biggest
announcement of 2020!
The year 2020 hasn’t been easy on anyone, even our film
industry has been adversely affected by the pandemic.
However, in the midst of this, Saif Ali Khan has several
reasons to celebrate. One, he recently announced that
wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and he are expecting their
second child. And two, Saif has another surprise that is
sure to delight his fans. The actor, who is known to be a
voracious reader, is turning into an author himself. He is
penning his autobiography where he will open up about
Saif ali his family, home, a career in the movies, success, failures,
and his influences and inspirations. The book will be
khan published next year.
Speaking about turning author and his new passion
project, Saif says, “So many things have changed and
BOLLYWOOD will be lost with time if we don’t record them. It would
be nice to look back; to remember and to record. It has
been funny and moving, and I must say, this is quite a
selfish endeavor. I do hope others enjoy the book, too, of
BONANAZA course!”
In his yet untitled book, Saif, the Nawab of Pataudi,
will reveal it all in his signature style, laced with wit and
humor.
