b) T-shirt (one colour)
c) White kits
d) One colour shocks
e) Wrist band (non-rubberized)
f) Cycling costume may be worn under the
costume. It must not cover the knees.
Except knee cap and shocks no rubberized
articles should be allowed. Shocks cannot go higher than
knees.

12. WEIGHT OF THE BELT
Competitors may wear a belt. If worn it shall be
on the outside of the lifting suit.
