The Iron Games Strength Lifting
a) Width of the belt maximum 10 cm.
b) Thickness of the belt maximum 13mm along the
main length.
c) Inside the width of the buckles are maximum 11
cm.
d) Outsides width of buckles maximum 13 cm.
13. SHOES:
White Kits shall be worn at the time of
Strength Lifting competition.
14. WRIST WRAP:
Wraps not exceeding 1 meter in length
and 8 cm. in width may be worn, One ply cotton
or medical crepe bandage are permitted.
15. GENERAL
i) The use of oil, grease or other lubricants on
the body, costume or personal equipment is
strictly forbidden.
ii) Baby power, talcum powder, resin,
magnesium carbonate are the only
substances that may be added to the body.
iii) Merged of Body Weight Class:-
Without maximum 3 lifters of any body weight
class, the body weight class will not be
allowed for the tournaments. In this case, the
body weighted Lifter / Lifters name will be
merged in low or upper class categories for
the championships.
16. PROTEST LETTER REGARDING DISPUTED LIFT:
a) The Chief Referee should be informed before the
next lifter’s lift is allowed to the stage.
