                   b)  To  settle  up  the  dispute  regarding  any  arising
                       from a protest letter lodge by the aggrieved lifter
                       coach/manager. A broad comprising three sitting
                       referees and two juries will be responsible. The
                       aggrieved  lifter  should  lodge  his  protest  letter
                       with  requisite  fees  to  the  Chief  Referee  on
                       recommendation  of  juries.  The  decision  of  the
                       majority  of  the  board  members  is  final.  If  the
                       decision of the board goes in favour of the lifter,
                       the half of the protest fees will be reimbursed to
                       the lifter, on cancellation of the protest letter the
                       protest  fees  will  be  forfeited.  Further  it  is
                       mentioned that no further any lift will be allowed.

               17. INTER STATE/COUNTRY TRANSFER OF LIFTER/
                       OFFICIAL/MEMBER
                              For  interstate/country  transfer  of  lifter
                       and  other  requisite  necessary  fees  should  be
                       charged payable to the Federation.

               18. ACTIVITY AND POWER OF THE STAGE
                   MARSHALL:
                              The  Stage  Marshall  is  empowered  to
                       manage the discipline of the stage according to
                       the guidance of the Chief Referee in consultation
                       of   the  sitting  other   referees   while   the
                       championship is going on.

               19. WEIGHING IN:
                              Weighing in of the competitor must take
                       place on earlier than two hour before the start of
                       the  competition  for  a  particular  category.  The
                       weigh in period will last one and a half hours. The
                       weigh in for each competitor will be carried out in
                       a locked room with only the competitor, his coach
