Engine Alignment
10. After achieving proper alignment, tighten the mount locknuts securely. Tighten the jam nut on 3.0L and bend tab washers
on models with side mounts to secure locknuts.
11. Check the alignment after tightening the nuts.

1. Engine covers
• Require removal for installation and access to the lifting eyes, shift plate, and electrical components
NOTE: Protect the covers while they are removed.
2. Lifting eyes

• 66 cm (26 in.) minimum chain length
