are shown to be defective at the time of delivery. In no circumstances will Fluid Fittings Ltd
accept any liability whatsoever for any consequential loss or damage to persons or
property which may in any way arise from the goods supplied.
2. Romalpha Clause
Title on all goods sold is retained by Fluid Fittings Ltd until payment is received in full.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due on or before the 20th of the month
following delivery. Fluid Fittings Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue
accounts.
4. Delivery
Unless otherwise stated all goods are sold ex our warehouse with all transport charges
the care of the buyer.
5. Returns
Goods which are in original condition can be returned for credit with prior approval from
Fluid Fittings Ltd. A 15% handling fee applies to all returns. No goods will be accepted for
return after 7 days.
