“It’s fine, this is better for us,” Flynn said to himself. He starts
preparing the time machine, wiring the wires, and flicking switches.
Flynn hears a couple of people approaching Merlin’s place of death,
and they scream around crying for Merlin to help them once more.

Flynn then realizes what he had just done, he had killed an innocent

man who had been helping others, and using something that Merlin
owned as a weapon of mass destruction is just going to become a
tear in his legacy. Flynn stands up and wrecks his time machine. After
all that work, he just could not bring himself to do it.

“Even though Dad and everyone else will die,” Flynn exclaimed while
assembling back the sta , “Hopefully, this is the right thing to do for
the past, present, and future!”
