Chapter 5: Transformation

             EFFECTING IMPROVEMENT

With the departure of the MIC from our
shareholding structure, we remain committed to
the need to introduce another suitable Black
investor into the ownership structures. We
maintain an ongoing process of engagement with
             potential new Black owners.

Ou r ultimate aspiration is for a mutually
beneficial relationship - with business synergies,
that contributes to accelerated growth and
material value generation to the benefit of a
broad base of our Black stakeholders - in a way
             that empowers from grassroots up.

             Recent and current initiatives

We are very pleased to have made two high-
caliber Board appointments during Q1 2018. In
doing so, we have materially improved the depth
of skills and thought-leadership representative on
             Nimble’s Board.

Strong internal Black candidates are being
identified for development and promotion into
             Senior and Middle management roles.
New appointments are made with preference
being given to Black candidates within the
             Economically Active Population ratios.

Ongoing development and training of our people
is a top priority for Nimble. This plays a crucial
role in the transformation process providing
individuals with an opportunity to enter the
workplace with little or no experience, and to
become work-ready with a range of transferrable
skills that improve their future employability.
