Chapter 1: Introduction and Positioning

                                                 CHAPTER ONE:

                                     INTRODUCTION & POSITIONING

             CONNECTING PEOPLE - CHANGING LIVES
The debt collection industry has received heightened public attention in recent years. This attention has focused
on negative aspects – notably emolument attachment order abuses and unscrupulous collection methods
             pressurising over-indebted consumers.

Nimble operates as a professional credit services provider. We are mindful of the greater social impact Nimble
             has on our communities.

We seek to contribute positively as a corporate citizen that is dependent on people – our staff, our customers
             and our clients.

             OVERARCHING STAKEHOLDER OBJECTIVES

The objective of the Social, Ethics and Transformation "SET" committee is to ensure that high ethical standards
are applied in all areas of business, and to review and approve the policy, strategy and structure for managing
the social issues in the Group, in accordance with Nimble’s commitment to economic and social transformation.

Through our sizeable workforce, we have millions of interactions, with multiple stakeholder groups, around
very sensitive matters under growing public scrutiny and increasing regulatory pressure.

The importance of the SET committee and its activities is clear.
