             TRAINING


             The  ongoing  development  and  training  of  our
               people is a top priority at Nimble.

             It  is  important  for  business  productivity  and
             performance enhancement;  it is equally vital for
             the  individuals  being  developed  -  because  it
             affords an opportunity to enter the work place
             with  little  or  no  experience  and  accumulate  a
             series of transferable skills.
