                                                                               Drug and Alcohol Policy











        The Company prohibits the use or possession of alcohol and/or controlled, non-prescriptive drugs in the
        workplace.  This policy applies to all employees while on the premises of the company or while acting on
        the Company’s behalf.  New hire (full time) office employees will be required to submit to drug testing.

        Any employee injured in the shop or on a jobsite will be required to submit to a drug and alcohol
        screening at the time the injury is treated.  Failure to submit to this testing will be grounds for immediate
        termination.

        The possession or drinking of alcoholic beverages at any time while on company property or reporting to
        work while under the influence of alcohol is strictly forbidden on company property.  Employees found in
        violation of this policy will be terminated.

        As an employee of GENESYS Corp. employees may be required to submit to drug testing before being
        permitted on a job-site as a result of contractual requirements with our customers.  Failure to submit to
        this testing will be grounds for immediate termination.


        Results obtained from drug and/or alcohol testing will be held in strict confidence and will be available to
        the employee at his/her request.
