5. GENESYS places a high value on its reputation, standing in the community, and business
relationships. Accordingly, I agree that and understand that any employee who engages in
any communication which demeans, or reflects negatively upon, GENESYS’s customers,
services or business practices, will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including
discharge, unless such communication is required or authorized by law.

6. Not all rules and policies applicable to my employment are contained in this document,
and I agree to abide by any employment or work rules and/or policies that GENESYS
currently has or may adopt, amend or implement from time to time during my
employment with GENESYS.

7. In addition to any and all other terms and conditions of my employment, my compliance
with the policies described in this document is a term and condition of my continued
employment. I understand that if I have any questions about this policy or with respect to
disclosure of Confidential Information, I will promptly contact the Human Resources
Department.

8. My employment is on an at-will basis and that nothing in this document alters or changes
the ability of GENESYS to terminate my employment at any time for any reason, or no
reason whatsoever, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
