and if you see any inaccuracies between
PACER and LexisNexis you can dispute
directly with LexisNexis to improve your
chances at removal. Ex. Address, name
spelling, date of bankruptcy. Keep in mind
the LEXIS NEXIS report must match exactly
with the PACER report. 90% of the time it
doesn’t match and that is nonfactual
reporting. Ask them to remove the
Bankruptcy from LEXISNEXIS.
