4. Write a second letter

Lexis Nexis is the one that houses the
information for bankruptcy records. You
still have to suppress both Lexis Nexis
and Pacer, but your second letter will go
to Lexis Nexis.
In this letter (included as a bonus in this
guide) you will request the method of
validation they used to supply this
information to the credit bureaus. They
won't be able to provide it because the
courthouse did not supply it to them.
You will attach your letter from the
courthouse showing the proof that they
did not verify the information with the
courthouse therefor the information is
not accurate and they must remove the
bankruptcy reporting immediately.
