                          The bureaus will typically respond back
                          with a deletion. Lexis Nexis will normally
                          delete first. If not, it is a good time to file

                          a complaint with the CFPB. You have a
                          valid reason for removal and are entitled
                          to fair and accurate reporting. (Make
                          sure you put your social security number,
                          DOB and credit report number in the
                          letter if you have it.


                          You can go straight to the CFPB website
                          to file a complaint versus sending a letter
                          to the credit bureaus. Make sure you
                          attached your proof to the complaint.
