how to dispute bankruptcy
Lexis Nexis Collects information from
public records and multiple proprietary
data sources. This includes items such
as real estate transaction and ownership
data, lien, judgment, and bankruptcy
records, professional license
information, and historical addresses on
file
The security freeze is to shut the
bureaus out so they can't verify the
bankruptcy. You can "unfreeze" these
reports when you are ready to apply for
new credit, but not before then. This is
called "suppression". During the
suppression process you will not be able
to apply for new credit because it's going
to shut creditors out too
Make sure when you are filling out the
form to use the same address that you
used when you filed the bankruptcy and
your current address. You can put in
multiple addresses.
