Mr. Kane : Hello. Could I talk to the Sales Manager, please?
Operator : Certainly, hold on a minute, I’ll put you through.
Jannie : Sales Division, Jannie speaking.
Mr. Kane : This is Kane calling, Is Judy in?
Jannie : I’m afraid she is out at the moment. Can I take a message?
Mr. Kane : Yes, could you ask him to call me at 2.30 p.m. I need to talk to

him about the new order.
Jannie : Could I have your number, please?
Mr. Kane : Yes, It’s 222989, and this is Roger Kane.
Jannie : Thank you Mr. Kane I’ll give him the message.
Mr. Kane : Thanks, bye.
Jannie : Bye.
